Humanization of Health Care, A Trascendental Factor in Patient Experience, is authored by Dr. de Deeb, a great friend and OES colleague, who was dedicate a considerable part of her proffesional work on this subject. The project initiated 10 months ago, with the aim of undestanding what health entities are working on and how they are centering processes on the patient. We asked several entities to answer questions about the extent of their and the business of their entities. Dr. de Deeb later visited some of the entities that respondes, and interview their leaders. Soon the need to collect this information in a book became evident, intented at entities that are conviced that humanized patient-centered care is a requirement that benefits all: the patient and family, health personnel, the entity and society in general.
